Customer Engagement Specialist

Job Summary:

Medici is a membership-based coworking space dedicated to helping our members grow their businesses. We are looking for an organized and well-presented Customer Engagement Specialist to perform and manage front desk operations.

To be successful, you must have excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to perform multiple tasks within set timelines. A good fit for the role would also have excellent computer skills and be able to prioritize effectively.


Duties and Responsibilities Include:

  • Adhere to the Core Values of Medici MediaSpace at all times.
  • Handle multiple customer service telephone calls and respond to customer emails promptly.
  • Provide ‘Best in Class’ customer service to all members, visitors, and staff.
  • Manage Zoom calls and webinars for our customers
  • Respond to member requests to reserve rooms in Medici MediaSpace through our booking calendar. 
  • Communicate important information with members regarding events and other social activities by phone/email for clarification. 
  • Help maintain a clean and organized facility.
  • Enforce and communicate community guidelines to members and guests
  • Accept and document membership payments
  • Organize incoming mail


Additional Responsibilities (Building Management): 

  • Daily Building walkthrough and inspections
  • Room Reset Knowledge and assistance
  • Appliance/Technical Support as needed
  • Ordering/Purchasing Cleaning and Office Supplies
  • Support to Business license & Occupancy Permit Process: Fire Marshall and city inspection, printing needs, additional items for submission, keeping tenant information on file. 
  • Finding/Receiving Quotations for Maintenance and building services


Qualifications:

Education Level: Associate’s degree

Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service

Specific skills: Microsoft Excel, Google, G Suite, Zoom, PDF Editor, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Team leadership/delegation skills

Personal Characteristics: Punctual, highly organized, detail-oriented, customer service oriented, proactive, adaptability.
