Thank you for joining the Medici MediaSpace community. The Community Blast newsletter, which is an overview of what has happened and what is coming up, will be sent to you regularly in an email from Brian Lunt. You can also view the latest schedule on our website.
We invite you to attend any of the weekly sessions that are available to the members. The Medici Experience is on Tuesday mornings from 9-11 AM. It is designed to introduce current, new and prospective members to what goes on behind the scenes and how you can maximize your community membership.
After your membership has been confirmed, and you have set up your account, you will be able to access the members section on our website. You can click on the Members Login on the navigation or go directly to this link:
After you log in, you can click on the Co-workers tab to view the profiles of the members. You can also update your profile there.
When it's not booked, you're welcome to use any space that is available when you're at Medici. You can book any space that is available on the Booking Calendar in the Members section. Our business hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM Monday - Friday. If you need to be in the space outside of those hours, please let Brian know (firstname.lastname@example.org) so arrangements can be made ahead of time.
When you come to Medici MediaSpace, you can come in through the member entrance at 2065 Walton Road with the assigned code. It will be changed periodically, and the code will be emailed to you from Brian Lunt. The main entrance is at 2055 Walton Road and will be open during business hours.
